Thickness: 0.1 ~ 5mm

Waved springs are gasket-type springs pressed with steel sheet 
(pressed from ring wound with steel ribbon), and provided with 
several (generally 2 to 6) sine waves along the circumference.

They are mainly made of alloy spring steel or precipitation hardened 
stainless steel, and have a wide-rigidity range and a high vibration 
absorbing capacity.

With a rigidity-variation characteristic, these springs can adjust the 
rigidity through different combinations of peak height, width and 
thickness.

Compared with butterfly-shaped springs, these springs have higher 
strength, flexibility, impact resistance, compact design, and need 
less installation space under the same spring parameters.

Inner packing: in white paper and lined with inner plastic bag

Outer packing: corrugated cartons, wooden boxes
